Nice simple introduction to facebook ads - good stuff mate. Facebook ads can definately work well, especially with CPA type offers - my advice to anyone doing that though would be to apply to the CPA networks as soon as possible as the application process can take a while - and also apply to quite a few as you won't always get accepted ~James Dyson

Good presentation on how to get traffic from Facebook ads and make money from the promotion. This encourages me to try advertising on Facebook.

Very detailed post and nice example with screenshots. Michael, do you prefer bidding on CPM and CPC? I heard it would be much cheaper to go with CPM in some target prospect. Targeting to specific fans and groups is way to go. I am a fan of Robert Kiyosaki and see tons of Rich Dad Poor Dad related ads on the Ads side area. You really show a great example about how to market Jonatthan Volks' Facebook Ads Guide.

I still wonder if Myspace is also good for getting traffic. Mikey

A great intro to facebook ads ... but seriously why does a guy with 5 million $ rev selling his secrets for 79$ .

wow I've used adwords in the past and just setup an ad really fast last night. It went live this morning and I'm up to 0.184% targeting 40-65 year old architects. Blown away already

Holy Myspace page Michael! Yet again you have outdone yourself on the epicness (is that even a word? oh well) of your post. I have never been a big fan of facebook as a marketing tool, partly because I have not got time atm and partly because I did not know how to utilise it effectively...until now. This is a really good resource that you have put together here and I have bookmarked it for use when I eventually get around to making my presence known on the pages of Facebook. (still need to build a brand a product online first - I don't see the point of marketing affiliate products through that channel until I have established some sort of cred - like you have done, quite nicely I might add) Thanks for an incredible post mate. Awesome.

Michael you've shared more tips and tricks here than a $197 course i once bought from a so called guru. Not to mention your post was better as well as more informative. Dwight Anthony Financially Elite Blog dot Com
