Michael? If someone buys and cancels for a refund, but is still using your product, isn’t that pirating? Maybe you should talk to ShoeMoney and take legal action. I imagine there has to be stiff fines and penalties for every day they use a pirated plugin.

You have several options and lying down isn’t one of them, like:
a) Email them a cease and desist (with a link showcasing ShoeMoney’s video about legal shenanigans).
b) Followed by contacting their host about their use of pirated software (I don’t think host companies will turn a blind eye to thievery).

My site should be functional by end of the week. And yes dammit, I think your plug-in rules (especially if you get the split testing feature added) (evil grin).
